Instructional Design

Instructional design utilizes the ADDIE Instructional Design (ID) methodology as a framework in designing and developing individualized educational and training programs.

Program Evaluation

Program evaluation assists entities in providing effective solutions to improve program services and deliverables by utilizing an analytical approach specifically looking at processes, policies, programs, and projects.

Research and Development

Research and Development serves as the innovative hub which seeks to develop solutions to complex educational problems. We work with entities to identify problems in education and establish the necessary partnerships with educational entities and other community partners to develop solutions. This branch also seeks to remain at the forefront of education by developing advanced models for high-quality learning.

Data and Analysis

Data and Analysis focuses on helping entities understand the importance of using data to inform program practices. This includes data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and storage.
