WBF Independent Consulting LLC, is passionate about ensuring educational entities have the tools and resources needed to help children reach their highest potential.
WBF Independent Consulting, LLC is a consulting company focused on decreasing disparities in education in communities. WBF was primarily established to strategically respond to a growing need for individualized educational needs for children and those responsible for preparing our children.
To support the ever-present need of providing innovative educational services, we are committed to working with those entities to develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions, particularly those from low-socioeconomic backgrounds/areas where resources may be limited. Our services can be categorized into the following four sectors: (1) Program Evaluation (2) Instructional Design, (3) Research and Development and (4) Data and Analysis.
Meet our CEO
Dr. Candice N. Pittman
founded WBF Independent Consulting, LLC primarily to strategically respond to a growing need for innovative, individualized educational supports for children and the educators responsible for preparing our children.
For several years, Dr. Pittman has worked at both the university level and in state government and is well aware of the issues present in the educational landscape in Mississippi and more specifically in early childhood education sector. Dr. Pittman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology, and a Doctorate in Instructional Systems and Workforce Development all from Mississippi State University.
Previous work includes seven years of research center experience in the areas of social science, early childhood education, and workforce development. In addition to academia experience in research, overseeing multi-million-dollar early childhood and education programs have provided insight in program management and administration at the state government level. These experiences have highlighted the need for more focused, innovative approaches in teaching and learning. As such, WBF Independent Consulting, LLC was established to develop innovative, individualized, and sustainable approaches to assist educational entities in providing high-quality educational services.
